Start/Finish Line Location:

The Start of the race will be on the West end of beautiful Crissy Field, directly across from Planet Granite, Roaring Mouse Cycles, and Petite Ballen. The course does a loop and will also end in the same place with music, sponsor tents, food and prize give-aways.

Race-day Schedule of Events

5:30 am Registration Opens
7:30 am Start 100 Mile Century
8:30 am Start 100 Kilometer Metric Century
10:00 am Start 20 Mile Campership Ride
3:00 pm Festivities Begin!
4:00 pm Awards Ceremony
5:00 pm Course Closes

Parking:

Parking is limited. While we have some parking by the Sports Basement, overflow will be the Crissy Field parking lot and Marina Green. We encourage you to ride your bike, or at a minimum, carpool.

Registration:

Late registration and bag pick-up will be available Friday, September 23rd at Sports Basement from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Day-of registration will take place on Crissy Field at the expo site (across from Planet Granite)

Bag Drop:

We will have a bag drop for all of your warm clothes, comfy flip-flops etc. There will be a tent dedicated to watching your stuff while you are out on the course. Additional bags can be made available upon request.

A word of caution:

The 100 mile, 100 km, and 25 mile courses are ridden on open roads. Remember to ride single file and do not ride two abreast. You must obey all traffic laws. Be a good rider and contribute to the good name of riders everywhere!

Aid Stations

The aid stations for the Guardsmen Tour will be stocked with great and energy-filled foods such as bananas, energy bars, pretzels, sommersault snacks, cookies, sports drink, water and other cycling favorites.

The 100 mile (full century) course will have [4-6] aid stations:

Mile 22       Stinson Beach Park
Mile 40       Point Reyes – Jefferson School
Mile 60       Hick Valley Road – Lincoln School
Mile 80       Fairfax – Fairfax Cyclery
Mile 88       Mill Valley – Mill Valley Middle School
